Ford Authority did a recent article comparing the specs between the 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor and the 2022 Ford Bronco Badlands. They compared everything between the two, from size of the interior and exterior, to the suspension and engine. Below shows the detailed comparisons they made. 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor vs 2022 Ford Bronco Badlands(with the Sasquatch Package) Exterior Specs: 2022 Ford Bronco Raptor 2022 Ford Bronco Badlands Sasquatch Wheelbase (inches) 116.5 116.1 Overall Length (inches) 191 190.5 Overall Width* (inches) 85.7 76.3 Overall Height (inches) 77.8 73.9 Front Track Width (inches) 73.2 65 Rear Track Width (inches) 73.6 65 Curb weight (pounds)** 5,733...
In an interview that was conducted by Muscles, Cars and Trucks (MC&T), they met with Ford Performance Vehicle Engineering Manager Dan Bier about the 2022 Bronco Raptor (BR). There were multiple questions like, "Why doesn't the BR not have a Coyote V8 engine?", "Is Ford planning to intergrade capabilities like Pro Power Onboard or a tire inflator kit?" These were the main questions asked. As we now know, the BR is almost a foot wider than the base Bronco and it integrates a unique fully-boxed frame with other structural reinforcements, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s assembled on its own line. Instead, some clever manufacturing tricks were implemented during the build process to ensure the biggest Bronco yet could fit through...

We can finally put away the suspense of when the 2023 Bronco Raptor will debut! According to Ford, the official debut will be on Monday, January 24th at 6 am E.S.T. Ford spokespersons say to wake up a little earlier on Monday morning because it will be worth it. Ford is still trying to keep as much details of the Bronco Raptor closely-guarded, but obviously there have plenty of leaks and pictures of what we are in for when we start seeing them on the road. As we already know, the Bronco Raptor will boast a higher ride height, more predominant fender flares, and bigger wheels and tires than the Ford Bronco. At least there is going to be some surprise, since not many know what type of engine is under the hood. With what information...
The Ford Bronco is testing on the road in Dearborn, Michigan, and this one is showing a light camo color. The concealment amounts to a wrap over the body. It's a dark green color underneath seeing the exposed color throughout the front of Bronco. The photos highlight the massive size of fender flares. It looks like they stick out a couple of inches from the body. The SUV rides on BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. The shots aren't clear enough to discern the size along the sidewall. There are also vents in the bodywork above the flares. The Grille looks a lot like that of the Ford Raptor Truck. The lighting is the same standard as the Raptor with big circular lights with a horizontal light bar through them. The ride height is...
This picture was taking by someone and posted on Facebook. The Jeep Wrangler looks so tiny compared to this Bronco Raptor! We are getting closer (hopefully) to seeing these Bronco Raptors on the roads this year. Reports claim that the vehicle will become available from next summer. Its performance will likely come courtesy of the 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 that motivates the Explorer ST SUV, and we're expecting at least 400 horsepower and 415 lb-ft of torque, which will naturally go to all four wheels. 😲
There is only one thing more anticipated than the Ford Bronco and that it the release of the 2023 Ford Bronco Raptor! This Ford Raptor Bronco will be similar to the Bronco, but will have more elaborate options. These Broncos will have a 450-hp twin turbo V-6 engine with a stronger and more flexible suspension. The standard Raptor Bronco comes with 35 inch tires, but can be upgraded to the 37 inch like on the Ford Raptor Truck. Ford has been mainly silent about what the cost of the Bronco Raptor will be, but experts believe the base will start at $65k. Sources have been told Ford won't put a V-8 in the Bronco, they expect the highest-performance variant to feature an extra-potent EcoBoost V-6. The Bronco Raptor will most likely adopt...
As of now, Ford Motor Company is no longer taking reservations for the 2022 Bronco Raptor. But, that is not to say they won't start up the process again. According to Mark Grueber, Ford Bronco marketing manager, he stated, “I would say (another reservation process is) to be determined on limited edition or special edition models.” He concluded, “I wouldn’t anticipate reservations for Everglades. What we’re gonna do with Raptor is still under discussion, so nothing to share at this time.” At least this gives ones that figured they could wait a bit to order the Bronco Raptor (but got turned down because of the decision to stop taking reservations) a little optimism about getting their "dream order" in. To refresh what the 2022...
Not long ago production of the sixth-generation 2021 Ford Bronco began at the Ford Michigan Assembly Plant, but now it's time for a the new model. What's crazy (and unfortunately expected during Covid back ups) Ford has already admitted that it will not be able to fill all 2021 Bronco orders for some time, and most unscheduled hardtop orders were also recently pushed to the 2022 model year. Those folks won’t have to wait much longer for 2022 Ford Bronco production to begin, however, as sources familiar with the matter have told Ford Authority that production is scheduled to begin on December 15th, 2021. https://fordauthority.com/2021/11/2022-ford-bronco-production-set-for-december-15th/
