Both of ours have wind noise in the same spot, but it’s not terrible. Seems to be coming from directly over the rear view mirror where the tops split.

Overall, the Raptor is noticeably quieter than the Big Bend, but it’s probably because the BB has 37” KM3’s instead of KO2’s like the Raptor.

I was wondering if the front and mid-hardtop panels are hollow? They sound like it in our Black painted hardtop w "sound deadening" pads applied, so I was thinking of making a couple small holes and filling them with the expanding acrylic foam used in houses. It should not only help deaden some of the vibration on top, but should also help with heat transfer between the outer shell and inner shell of the "over the seat" removable panels. I have plenty of plastic pressure applied fasteners of different sizes I could use as plugs.

When you think about it, they would become like the walls of a Yeti cooler.

I have noticed the wind noise also. It is more noticeable when the speed is above 55mph.
I have the hardtop on my 2025. I am thinking it may be a leak around the window seal on the hardtop?
The windows automatically bump down when doors are opening to clear the top weatherstripping and then bump back up when the doors are closed. I am thinking this may not be resealing correctly?
Any thoughts?

I've seen some posts elsewhere that folks have used lubricant on the seals which may help as well.
The wind noise only bothers us when you get around 75mph(TX typical speed limit)..........I plan to make some time to add the expanding foam soon, just haven't had the time. I will definitely get it done once I'm done with the other mods I've been working on lately.
The foam should provide some temperature benefits as well.

My Wife's had wind noise really bad. Picked up some pool noodle at Home Depot and stuffed the void above both the front and rear doors and that helped a ton

Hello,

how does everyone feel about the in cabin wind noise on the highway? i hear it can be like a window cracked at 75+ mph on youtube but i havent read anything on the forum yet about it. Also, ive seen people tape the corner of the B pillar to bring down the noise substantially?
what are owners here thinking about it?
I had a 2023 Jeep Rubicon. The wind noise was significant at anything over 50 mph. I traded it in for a 2025 Bronco Raptor in 7/25. It has far less wind noise than the Jeep. I have been happy with the Raptor, until last week when it lost all power at 25 mph. Had to have it towed to the dealership. Took a week to get it back. Alternator and belt had to be replaced. Unknown as to why this happened.
