Busted Suspension Control Module (2024)

Did long run in NV desert and Drive Control Fault Service Required showed up. Dealer found busted connector on Module (see photos). $3,000 to replace module+harness (harness comes up in cabin to control knob). Module is in a really vulnerable spot (on frame below passenger door). What about some armor for this thing? Any source for aftermarket/used harness/connector (module seems easy to locate).

I had the same thing happen on our Bronco Raptor. We now make a guard for that. Check it out.

Installed the FMI Modular Protective Guard- after a few off road adventures, checked it out and there are a few dings on it- Does the job well.
