I ordered my Raptor over a year ago. Its at the dealorship and I pick up Friday. When I ordered it tbe base price was like 68500 i believe. On the window the MSRP is like 7200 now. Did anyone get theirs at the orginal price. My delership said Ford has no price protection. Now its costing me around 3 to 4 grand more.

I haven't got mine yet so I can't help you on that, but I did hear somewhere that they were going to raise the base price up but figured it was going to be for the new ordered ones, not the existing ones.

No price protection on Raptors. Ford considers them “special editions “(no special consideration on builds however).

So FORD isn't stopping dealers for up charging them as they are special editions, but they will stop them from up charging on normal vehicles?

Yeah I think they went up on ‘23 models around $5,000. I’m trying to decide paying cash or take a loan on some of the purchase. Interests rates are horrible. Looks like Ford has special interest rates on F-150 and some suv but I don’t think anything on the Braptor. Anyone have any info? Or I guess I’ll find out when I pick it up.

Ford is paying a set figure back to customers that are converted (if they ask for it). But not on special editions, regardless of when you ordered.

I paid $10,000.00 over list for a total of $94775, worth every penny.

Pay cash, not worth the rates they are charging. Ford excludes Raptors, GT350, GT500 from any promotional rates or even military $500 credit...

From the time of confirmation of order till the confirmation of delivery .........how long was that? I received an email from Ford that mine was confirmed with them 10/19/22. Now waiting on "scheduled for production". I am hoping this isn't a year long wait.

It shouldn't take that long. They are bumping this out alot faster then before. Question is, did you get a price locked down or will you not know what it is till it gets delivered?

When I built it all the prices were in the configuration when I sent to dealer to put the order in. However I do not believe I got the price locked down. Unreal how they raised the prices on these cars. MB did the same thing with the G Wagon last year but their price increase was even more significant ($20-30k).
Not that long being you think next few months ?

$10k cheaper then mine was. Nice. Still sucks they mark it up though.
Yeah well I haven’t posted a picture of mine yet because I didn’t have it but 1 day. It came with the wrong seats , I went ahead and took the Bronco because really I’ve been waiting for so long. So after picking mine up from the dealership and driving it back home, oh also the dealership didn’t have it ready didn’t clean outside or inside and obviously didn’t go through checklist. So the next morning I woke and went to the garage to see the new Bronco. I see fluid leaking under the Bronco all under the Bronco all over my garage . Didn't know at the time it was transmission fluid until I took it to a different dealership because I didn’t like the way the other dealership treated me and did business they actually told me “take it (the Bronco) or leave it they will find someone else to buy my Bronco” yeah it’s been 2 weeks and parts for a Braptor are hard to get now. So I’m afraid I’ll be waiting awhile to get it back.
I told one of the managers I wanted to bring it back and get my money back. He said he’ll call me with a price of what they’d pay. I told him it should be the total of what I just paid them. Can’t believe it! He hasn’t called and it’s been 2 weeks. There is so much more the dealership trying to add $5,000 on top of what I was already paying over and he acts like “oh yeah” and like he’s doing me a favor “if we told you that then are mistake”. So I read some messages above and wanted to make y’all feel a little better. My situation idk what I’m going to do. Any advice of who to call or what to do is greatly appreciated.

You’re in a good position if you want to trade or sell. If you still want the Braptor, you just have to be patient. Do you know what caused the transmission fluid leak? Line or maybe a loose fitting? Good luck, you’re way ahead of a bunch of us!
